Key findings

Senior decision makers involved in IT, business direction and strategy, or customer experience have seen a rise in their organisations' implementation of digital transformation strategies, with a majority (59%) now having a fully implemented strategy; an increase of 35% since 2021
For organizations that are on the journey of implementing their digital transformation strategy, half (50%) are experiencing delays with the delivery, from within a month of the original plan (16%) to over one year delay (9%). It is possible that this is being driven by the current economic and political climate having an impact on organisations’ ability to deliver on time
