Brief

Having conducted some previous research on innovation, Dell wished to understand more about how organizations approaches to innovation were changing, and how they are tackling their innovation challenges.

The results from the quantitative survey would be used to support their internal understanding, as well as driving a year-long marketing campaign.

Solution

Vanson Bourne conducted a global survey of IT and business decision makers to understand how their organizations were approaching innovation, the challenges they were facing and their strategies to overcome these difficulties.
