Brief

Ahead of releasing a new piece of software, the client wanted a narrative that looked into the IT skills shortage and the impact this has on wellbeing/stress/ pressure. The client wanted to be able to dive into where the skills gap experienced has an impact on the relationship between senior IT members and the rest of the business.

Solution

Vanson Bourne conducted a quantitative survey, which identified the skills gap experienced, how this is presenting new challenges, and what consequences were being experienced within teams and the wider organisation.
