Brief

ConnectWise returned to us in 2024 to continue their year on year data study into the state of SMB Cybersecurity, providing narrative to changes that have occurred over the last year in the partnership between SMBs and MSPs.

 Solution

Vanson Bourne conducted a quantitative study among senior IT decision makers and senior business decision makers to understand the current state of MSP usage and experiences in 2024. A whitepaper report was created, and followed by a livestream event presenting the findings alongside actionable points for SMBs to accelerate their relationships with MSPs.
