Brief

Iron Mountain wanted to investigate the relationship between AI and unstructured data use within organisations. As part of this, they were looking to create a benchmark for an upcoming event.

Solution

We worked alongside them to design a quantitative questionnaire which was specifically shaped around creating a maturity model. We then worked on creating the model calculations, allowing Iron Mountain to create a microsite for their event to allow people to assess their AI readiness live.

Outcome

In addition to the maturity model and microsite, a wide range of assets were created to amplify the key findings and demonstrate the value of Iron Mountain’s solution. These included two animated videos, a whitepaper, an infographic, four social media tiles, and twelve executive summaries.

We also provided internal support, which included developing training decks to help internal teams understand and utilise the maturity model effectively and successfully. We also worked closely with a third-party agency to build and optimise the microsite.
