Brief

CyberArk are an information security company, focused on making sure that the right people access the right data in organisations. We’ve partnered with them since 2018 on their Identity Security Landscape Report, with this year’s edition having an increased focus on AI.

Solution

As a year-on-year study, we worked closely with CyberArk based on two core principles: maintaining a comparable scope and sample, and also selecting which questions to keep, adjust or replace based on the new topic areas to explore. This ensured selected findings could be compared with previous years where required for tracking purposes, but also enabled the discovery of new insights for the year ahead.

Outcome

The research findings were the foundation of the latest edition of their Identity Security Landscape Report – with an increased focus in 2025 on the impact of AI upon the proliferation of machine identities in the workplace. We supported CyberArk with additional analysis to identify key regional differences in the data, enabling them to get even more value from the results.
