Brief

Aptean is a global provider of AI-enabled enterprise software for specialised industries. As generative AI continues to reshape the market, it wanted to demonstrate why industry-specific AI delivers greater business value than general-purpose alternatives. To support this position, Aptean commissioned independent research to validate its perspective and underpin a flagship thought leadership campaign.

Solution

We designed a global mixed-methodology research programme exploring how organisations are adopting AI, where it’s delivering value and why industry-specific solutions can outperform general-purpose AI. We then helped Aptean shape the findings into a distinctive market narrative that reinforced its expertise and resonated with target audiences.

Outcome

The research became the foundation of Aptean’s flagship 2026 report, The Reckoning, establishing an evidence-led platform for its AI thought leadership. We also developed sector-specific executive summaries, equipping Aptean with a portfolio of research-backed content that strengthened its authority on industry-specific AI and supported marketing and sales engagement.
