Brief

Multiplier has seen success with reports based on internal data, and wanted to build on this initial success by developing primary, data-driven insights into how organisations are combatting the availability of the talent they need domestically, by turning to international hiring. The resulting campaign would help drive awareness for Multiplier’s solutions, generating high-quality leads that would lead to organisational growth.

Solution

We conducted an international survey of organisations open to global hiring, to uncover their current and future plans, and the benefits and challenges they have experienced when seeking to hire internationally. The results were then turned into a narrative presentation and deck, helping Multiplier to focus on the key storylines and insights.

Outcome

Multiplier used the research to create their report The Global Hiring Gap, helping to overcome some of the myths in international hiring and driving awareness of the Multiplier brand.
