Webflow, a website SaaS solution provider, had heard that organisations are struggling to manage their websites – experiencing tensions between their marketing and website development teams, among other issues. They wanted to explore this in more detail, to understand how they could better support organisations, with the aim of using the research to differentiate their organisation within the marketplace.
