IT decision makers and desk/frontline workers

Brief

Mitel partnered with us to survey three key audiences: IT leaders, office workers, and frontline employees. Rather than relying solely on the perspective of IT decision makers, the research captured views from across the organisation to uncover where experiences aligned, where they diverged, and the challenges that each group faces.

Solution

The study uncovered a clear disconnect between IT leaders and workers. While IT leaders believed they were providing the right tools and support, many employees reported fragmented experiences, lower productivity, and a reliance on non-approved tools to get their work done.

Outcome

These insights gave Mitel a distinctive thought leadership platform, positioning the brand at the center of the conversation around balancing employee experience with IT control, security, and modernisation.
