Brief
Level Access had been undertaking a State of Accessibility study for several years, and were keen to continue driving their thought leadership credentials and the associated positioning within the digital accessibility space.
Central to this was building upon the existing study through gaining an additional viewpoint of business leaders. Consequently, by incorporating their perspectives, this approach integrated business leaders’ insights with longstanding industry data, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of digital accessibility practices.
Solution
Vanson Bourne worked collaboratively with Level Access to align and carefully construct a survey suitable for the wider enterprise audience. Consequently, this survey complemented the longstanding research and enabled a narrative to be developed across the entire data set.

Outcome
After a virtual presentation with Level Access, a report was created which highlighted the commitment organisations have to digital accessibility. Furthermore, the report examined how digital accessibility is currently approached and identified what sets a successful digital accessibility program apart.
This narrative was told through the differing opinions of senior leaders versus practitioners within organisations. Additionally, it took into account the development level of digital accessibility practices.
As a result, the report reinforced Level Access’s thought leadership and highlighted areas for organisations to improve their digital accessibility practices.
