Brief

Looking to understand the impact a different style of operating model has on the success of a business, HCL reached out to us for help. The aim of the research was to explore how a product-aligned operating model interacts and can be beneficial across three key pillars: demolishing silos, tracking what matters, and building supportive systems.

Solution

A quantitative project, with additional open-ended questions, helped provide HCL with the needed data to highlight how teams should be moving towards a structured operating model focused around one product, rather than one team. The project included involving real case-studies provided by HCL, to act as additional context behind the story.

Outcome

We provided HCL with key findings and an insight-driven discussion call which helped formulate the structure for their thought leadership written report and infographics. We also produced a full whitepaper and helped construct website page copy.
