Brief

Kensington were looking to use research to reinforce their leading position in the physical device security space, ultimately aiming to:

  • Boost brand awareness and foster trust in the brand
  • Drive demand generation via compelling content
  • Develop a progressive strategy that is founded by insights around market understanding

Solution

We designed a quantitative survey of IT decision makers involved in IT hardware purchasing decisions to uncover how shifts in working models are impacting device security and to explore usage and attitudes of physical security tools in order to map out the market landscape.

Outcome

Kensingston developed several assets off the back of the research to help further build their profile as a leader in the device security space. We assisted them in ensuring all assets were rigorously quality checked pre-launch. We also created an animated video to communicate the key findings from the research.
