US IT buyers find channel choice a better thing than UK counterparts

The Proof: Whilst UK and US enterprise IT buyers share similar expectations regarding the quality of vendor communications to them, there is a different view of how easy it is to find credible information. Over half of US buyers agree it is easy to find credible information.

Question: How strongly do you agree with the following statements... (% rating 'agree' and 'strongly agree')

The Point:

If trustworthiness is a function of value delivered over time, the results shown here indicate that it is not the quantity of channels of information so much as the quality of the content found there that matters to buyers. It appears that perhaps vendors face a bigger imperative to improve the content of the information available to their UK IT buyers and to make a long term commitment to do this.
